Clifford's Tower - 1263 AD

Overview

"Clifford's Tower 1263 AD" was created in Maya and Unity as a proof of concept 3D environment reconstruction. The reconstruction leverages archaeological data and artistic interpretation to try recreate the context of the tower as it may have appeared in 1283. The project was completed within 2 weeks and as such is a little rough around the edges - however the end result indicated the potential value that could be attained through interlacing gaming technologies with traditional archaeological data and visualisation methods. Further experimental development of the project is ongoing.

Due to the size of the work it is not possible to host it through the Unity web-player, however multiple images and resources are provided below. If you wish to engage with the game yourself please get in contact with me through the 'About' page and we can sort something out.
